Welcome to the CIS Platform: A Beginner’s Guide (Click to expand)

Our platform is designed to help you visualize and achieve true balance, bridging spiritual and family unity with business excellence. To get the most out of our tools, please take a moment to understand how our unique evaluation framework operates.

The Core Philosophy: The 100% Integrity Rule

At the heart of our system is the Interactive 3-Axis Dashboard. This tool measures your focus, resources, and alignment across three critical domains:

  • Market (Economic)
  • State (Social)
  • Church (Environmental/Spiritual)

To maintain systemic integrity, your total combined score across these three domains must equal exactly 100%. Because time, energy, and resources are finite, dedicating 60% of your focus to the Market means you only have 40% remaining to split between the State and the Church.

Team Representation: From Conviction to the Center

When participating in our collaborative evaluations, you operate within a cohort of 24 patients, divided evenly into three teams of 8. Each team is dedicated to representing one of our core institutions: The Market, The State, or the Church.

If you are placed on the Market team, your baseline preset values will start at 100% for the Market, and 0% for the others. This is highly intentional. However, staying at 100% is not the goal, but the beginning. Once that foundation is established, the real work of dynamic, forward momentum commences.

We ask volunteers to represent their assigned team by pure conviction. In traditional societal structures, polarized politics often refuse to yield, leaving the patient vulnerable and trapped in the center of competing agendas. By asking our teams to fully commit to their institution—starting from a transparent baseline of 100% conviction—we eliminate hidden political maneuvering. From that honest starting point, the true purpose of the platform begins: cooperation.

The Negotiation Process & Dynamic Equilibrium

When you enter the evaluation and see your 100% baseline, the negotiation process begins. If we visualize this negotiation space, the outer edges represent polarized extremes. Individuals or factions resting on these extreme sides tend to be highly competitive and eccentric. Because their primary goal is to protect their own interests and win rather than align, this competitive drive often breeds a culture of secrecy and hidden agendas. They pull away from the center, becoming entrenched as either too traditionalist or too progressive. This creates vital outward tension, but can stall meaningful progress if left unbalanced.

To counter this, the framework relies on the 100% corners to function as institutionalized midpoints. Rather than competing outward in silos, these corners are highly cooperative and concentric, characterized by complete transparency. Because they have nothing to hide, they act as open, grounding anchors that gather the polarized energy from the extremes and redirect it inward toward the shared center. In this shared center, the vulnerable patient is protected.

A truly robust system does not eliminate the outer edges; it balances them. Both forces—eccentric competition and concentric cooperation—must coexist. One creates the vital outward tension, while the other provides the stabilizing inward compression. Together, they keep the holistic model in a state of dynamic equilibrium.

“There are different varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.” — 1 Corinthians 12:4

Societal Equilibrium: The Mutual Exchange

This equilibrium must extend beyond internal team dynamics. For this holistic model to be fully realized, it requires the engagement and support of the heads of our primary societal pillars: the Market, the State, and the Church. Securing their backing is essential. In exchange for their support of our initiative, we offer a reciprocal partnership: providing these institutions with rigorous, ongoing insights through our subjective and objective evaluations.

The Power of Independent Assessment: Eliminating Bias and Noise

You will notice that the Patient Self-Evaluation and the Clinical Observer assessment are completed entirely separately. This “blind,” independent process is vital.

  • Avoiding Bias: If you were to see the observer’s evaluation before completing your own, it is human nature to unconsciously adjust your scores to match theirs or alter your answers defensively. We need your pure, uninfluenced perspective.
  • Cutting Through the Noise: Completing evaluations together often creates “noise”—immediate debates and external pressures that cloud true self-reflection.

By keeping these portals strictly independent, we capture two distinct realities: your subjective experience and the objective clinical observation. The variance between them is the exact roadmap for where alignment and negotiation are needed next.

How to Navigate the Platform

  1. Start with ‘The Who’ & ‘The Why’: Under the About Us menu, familiarize yourself with our human mission and spiritual foundation.
  2. Complete Your Self-Evaluation: Navigate to The CIS Platform > Patient Self-Evaluation Portal. Here, you will input your subjective scores across the three domains. Remember the 100% rule—you will need to balance your inputs independently before submitting.
  3. Review the Gap Analysis: Once your clinical observer has submitted their assessment, go to the Gap Analysis Dashboard. Select your Patient Code from the dropdown to view the dual-triangle model and the variance table. This will highlight the exact gaps between your perception and objective reality.
